NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated December 17, 2012 and entered in Case No. 2010-CA-014121-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NA is the Plaintiff and HANNA SO; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF HANNA SO N/K/A JOE LEE; HERMAN SO; SHERRY SO; LAKE BURDEN SOUTH MASTER COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; LAKESIDE AT LAKES OF WINDERMERE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; TENANT #1 N/K/A ARLENE HORSCH are the Defendants, The Clerk, Lydia Gardner will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on 03/18/2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
