NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated December 07, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2008-CA-034071-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE COUNTY, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P., is Plaintiff, and PILAR RODRIQUEZ COMBS A/K/A PILAR COMBS A/K/A PILAR RODRIGUEZ COMBS, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM at www.myOrangeClerk.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 08 day of March, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
