NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Consent Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosureentered on November 30, 2012 entered in Civil Case No. 2010-CA-020694-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Orlando, Florida, wherein SunTrust Mortgage, Inc. is the Plaintiff and VISHNOODAT THACKURDEEN, et al., are the Defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 8th day of March, 2013 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 6, FOREST TRAILS, as per plat thereof, recorded In Plat Book 58, Pages 112, 113 And 114, of The Public Records of Orange County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
