NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered January 24, 2013 in Civil Case No. 2010-CA-012450-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association is the Plaintiff and JITENDRA M KARA, are the Defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 28th day of February, 2013 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 15, WATERFORD CHASE EAST PHASE 2, VILLAGE D, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOKS 50, PAGES 19 THROUGH 23 INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
