NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed January 28, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2009-CA-030252-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9th Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida. FANNIE MAE (FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION”) is Plaintiff and DENNIS R. KAMRAD; DEBRA K. KAMRAD; JOHN DOE AND JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION; JP MORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION; are defendants. The office of Lydia Gardner, The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.myorangeclerk.realforeclosure.com, at 11:00 A.M., on the 4th day of March, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 26, Block C, ALBERT LEE RIDGE THIRD ADDITION, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book U, Page 142, Public Records of Orange County, Florida.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
