NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 29th day of January, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2010-CA-023443-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein US BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR CREDIT SUISSE FIRST BOSTON MBS 2004-8 is the Plaintiff and ALBA HILENA CUARTAS A/K/A ALBA MILENA CUARTAS, PINE SHADOWS CONDOMINIUM, INC., UNKNOWN TENANT N/K/A TAMMY BRYAN and UNKNOWN TENANT(S)IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 1st day of March, 2013 at 11:00 AM at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 41-2, PINE SHADOWS CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3020, PAGE 1699, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND ALL AMENDMENTS AND ATTACHMENTS THERETO, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
