NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 29th day of January, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2010-CA-003210-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING LP is the Plaintiff and NICOLE M. DENTE A/K/A NICOLE MARIE REGIER, SILVER PINES ASSOCIATION, INC., RYAN NEIL DENTE A/K/A NEIL DENTE, MARTHA M. REGIER, UNKNOWN TENANT(S) and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) NKA FREDRICK LAWRENCE SCHREFFLER IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 5th day of March, 2013 at 11:00 AM at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT 604, BUILDING 600, OF SILVER PINES PHASE I, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2204, AT PAGE 303, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH ALL APPURTENANCES THERETO, AND AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS OF THE SAID CONDOMINIUM.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
