NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated November 25, 2009 and an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale Date dated this 24th day of January 2013, and entered in Case No. 2008-CA-027343-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY AS TRUSTEE FOR MORGAN STANLEY MNHEL 2006-2 is the Plaintiff and JAMES DAVIS, THE PINES OF WEKIVA HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC., SHERRIE DAVIS and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 21st day of March, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. at www.myorangeclerk. realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
lot 4, of pines wekiva sections i, ii and iii, phase 2, tract g, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in plat book 44, pages 21 and 22, inclusive of the public records of orange county, florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
