RE-NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale filed December 14, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2009-CA-030627-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE COUNTY, Florida, wherein CITIMORTGAGE, INC., is Plaintiff, and MARIE L. DONESCAR A/K/A MARIE DONESCAR, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM at www.myOrangeClerk.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 19 day of March, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Lis Pendens, to wit:
Lot 1, Block D, HIAWASSAA HIGHLANDS THIRD ADDITION-UNIT ONE, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 4, Page 5, of the public records of Orange County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
