NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on February 04, 2013, in Case No. 10-CA-20988-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit for Orange County, Florida, wherein Fifth Third Mortgage Co., is Plaintiff, and Darryl V. Talley, et al., are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, online via the internet at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m. or as soon thereafter as the sale may proceed, on the 11th day of June, 2013, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 70, CYPRESS POINT PHASE III, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 26, PAGES 27 AND 28, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the foreclosure sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on the same with the Clerk of Court within 60 days after the foreclosure sale.
