Final Judgment was awarded on October 06, 2009 in Civil Case No.:48-2009-CA-018300 O, of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida, wherein, THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS CWALT, INC., ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2007-HY2 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-HY2 is the Plaintiff, and, CESAR H. FLOREZ; ROSALBA FLOREZ; STONEBRIDGE RESERVE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION INC; THE PROMENADES PROPERTY OWNERS' ASSOCIATION INC; METROWEST MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC.; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.

TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS AND ALL APPURTENANCES HEREUNTO APPERTAINING AND SPECIFIED IN SAID DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM.
