NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed January 31, 2013, and entered in Case No. 09-CA-14511, of the Circuit Court of the 9th Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida. ONEWEST BANK, F.S.B., AS SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO INDYMAC FEDERAL BANK, F.S.B., SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO INDYMAC BANK F.S.B. is Plaintiff and ADDIS AHMED; BRONNY ARZUBE; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., AS NOMINEE FOR ONEWEST BANK, F.S.B., AS SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO INDYMAC FEDERAL BANK, F.S.B., SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO INDYMAC BANK F.S.B.; RESIDENCES AT VILLA MEDICI CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants. The office of Lydia Gardner, The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.myorangeclerk.realforeclosure.com, at 11:00 A.M., on the 7th day of March, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
BUILDING 5160, UNIT 18, OF RESIDENCES AT MILLENIA, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 8499, PAGE 4131, AND ALL AMENDMENTS, IF ANY, FILED THERETO IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
