NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale filed January 31, 2013, and entered in Case No. 48-2010-CA-019554-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9th Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida. DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR AMERICAN HOME MORTGAGE ASSETS TRUST 2007-4, MORTGAGE-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2007-4 is Plaintiff and MELODY DAVIS; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MELODY DAVIS; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; SUTTON RIDGE HOMEOWNERS ASSCIATION, INC; are defendants. The office of Lydia Gardner, The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.myorangeclerk.realforeclosure.com, at 11:00 A.M., on the 7th day of March, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 258, SUTTON RIDGE PHASE THREE UNIT V, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 31, PAGES 114 AND 115, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
