NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale filed February 4, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2009-CA-009030 -O, of the Circuit Court of the 9th Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida. DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF SOUNDVIEW HOME LOAN TRUST 2006-OPT1, ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES,SERIES 2006-OPT1 is Plaintiff and LUIS A. PINEDA; MARITZA PINEDA; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; VISTA LAKES COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants. The office of Lydia Gardner, The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.myorangeclerk.realforeclosure.com, at 11:00 A.M., on the 11th day of March, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 53, VISTA LAKES VILLAGE N-3 (COLONIE), ACCORDING TO THE PLAT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 54, PAGES 16 THROUGH 20, INCLUSIVE, AS RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA; SAID LAND SITUATE, LYING AND BEING IN ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
