NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale filed February 4, 2013, and entered in Case No. 09-CA-4262, of the Circuit Court of the 9th Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida. THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON, AS SUCCESSOR INDENTURE TRUSTEE UNDER NOVASTAR MORTGAGE FUNDING TRUST 2006-1 is Plaintiff and MICHELINE PHILIAS; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MICHELINE PHILIAS; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; WILLOWS ON THE LAKE AT LAKE JOHIO HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants. The office of Lydia Gardner, The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.myorangeclerk.realforeclosure.com, at 11:00 A.M., on the 11th day of March, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 50, WILLOWS ON THE LAKE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 48, PAGE(S) 35-36, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
