Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgement of Foreclosure dated the 17th day of January, 2013, and entered in Case No. 08-2009-CA-001305, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. is the Plaintiff and PHILLIP L. COHEN, MARCIE L. COHEN, KENNETH D. SILVERMAN A/K/A KENNETH SILVERMAN, SUSAN SILVERMAN, MONDOVI BAY VILLAS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. F/K/A MONDOVI BAY VILLAS MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC., MONDOVI BAY VILLAS III CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. F/K/A MONDOVI BAY VILLAS MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC., MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INCORPORATED, AS A NOMINEE FOR AMERICA”S WHOLESALE LENDER and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes at, 11:00 AM on the 15th day of May, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT NO. 122, MONDOVI BAY VILLAS III, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2834, PAGE 613, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
