Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgement of Foreclosure dated the 22nd day of January, 2013, and entered in Case No. 08-2010-CA-001997, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. is the Plaintiff and RALPH S. FRANCOIS, ANDABLADE COMMERCIAL LAWN CARE, INC, PASCALE DELVA, LAKES EDGE AT DEEP CREEK CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes at, 11:00 AM on the 15th day of May, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 3201, LAKES EDGE AT DEEP CREEK, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2647, PAGE 1639, ET. SEQ., AND ACCORDING TO CONDOMINIUM BOOK 13, PAGES 17A THROUGH 17F, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH THAT LIMITED COMMON ELEMENT CARPORT SPACE 3201 AS PER THE TERMS OF THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM AND TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
