Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgement of Foreclosure dated the 22nd day of January, 2013, and entered in Case No. 10003261CA, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NA is the Plaintiff and KURT W. SCHIRARD, CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA, HARBOUR HEIGHTS CIVIC ASSOCIATION, INC., STATE OF FLORIDA, DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF KURT W. SCHIRARD and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are Defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes at, 11:00 AM on the 22nd day of April, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
lots 38 and 39, block 27, harbor heights, section 8, according to the plat thereof, recorded in plat book 3, page 84, of the public records of charlotte county, florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
