Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 18, 2013, entered in Civil Case No.: 08002631CA of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE OF MASTR ADJUSTABLE RATE MORTGAGES TRUST 2007-3 Plaintiff, and PHILIP E. WILLIAMS; DIANE G. WILLIAMS; YOUR HOME OF CHARLOTTE. L.L.C.; JOHN DOE N/K/A JEFF BAILEY, AND JANE DOE N/K/A JENNIFER BAILEY, are Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash, at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM, on the day of April 18, 2013, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 9, BLOCK 4510, PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, SECTION 81, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 51, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A/K/A: 9528 Athel Drive, Port Charlotte, FL 33981
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
