LOT 12, BLOCK 421, PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, SECTION 18, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGES 8A THROUGH 8E, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
COMMONLY KNOWN AS: 512 ORANGE DRIVE NORTHWEST, PORT CHARLOTTE, FL 33952-0000
This action has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defense, if any, such Morris Hardwick Schneider, LLC, Attorneys for Plaintiff, whose address is 5110 Eisenhower Blvd, Suite 120, Tampa, FL 33634 on or before March 15, 2013, and file the original with the clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
