NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 23 day of January, 2013, and entered in Case No. 8 2010 CA 000782, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. AS TRUSTEE ON BEHALF OF THE HARBORVIEW 2006-12 TRUST FUND is the Plaintiff and CAROL WOMBLE A/K/A CAROL M. WOMBLE and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes at, 11:00 AM on the 26 day of April, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
ALL THAT TRACE OF PARCEL OF LAND AND BEING IN CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA, KNOWN AS LOT 8, BLOCK 46, AND THE WEST 50 FEET OF LOT 7, BLOCK 46, CITY OF PUNTA GORDA, DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS;
BEGINNING AT THE NE CORNER OF BLOCK 46 AND EXTENDING WESTERLY ALONG THE SOUTH LINE OF OLYMPIA AVENUE 90 FEET; THENCE SOUTHEASTERLY PARALLEL WITH HARVEY STREET 90 FEET TO A 10 FOOT ALLEY; THENCE WESTERLY ALONG THE NORTHERLY LINE OF SAID ALLEY 50 FEET TO THE SE CORNER OF LOT 8, THENCE NORTHWESTERLY ALONG THE EASTERN LINE OF LOT 8 TO THE SOUTH LINE OF OLYMPIA AVENUE, THENCE 50 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
