Notice is hereby GIVEN that, pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 1, 2013 entered in Civil Case No. 11-CA-3339 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, I will sell to the Highest and Best Bidder for cash in the Lobby, Third Floor, Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, at 11:00 a.m., on the 4th day of March, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
UNIT NO. 204, BUILDING 5, PHASE V, VARENNA, a condominium, together with the pro rata interest in the Common Elements and Common Property of the Condominium and Limited Common Elements appurtenant thereto, more particularly delineated and identified in the Declaration of Condominium of VARENNA, a Condominium as recorded in OR Book 4007, Page 1808, et seq., Public Records of Collier County, Florida, and as amended.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
