NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated February 1, 2013 and entered in Case No. 11-2010-CA-002242 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida wherein JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association, successor by merger to Chase Home Finance LLC1, 1 Plaintiff name has changed pursuant to order previously entered., is the Plaintiff and STEVEN H. LUMBERT AKA STEVE M. LUMBERT; AMY J. PARISEAU LUMBERT; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at LOBBY ON THE 3RD FLOOR OF THE COURTHOUSE ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE, 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES, FLORIDA, 34112, at 11:00AM, on the 4 day of March, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
