NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 25th day of January, 2013, and entered in Case No. 41 2010 CA 008094, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein CITIBANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF STRUCTURED ASSET MORTGAGE INVESTMENTS II IN., BEAR STEARNS ALT-A TRUST, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2006-7 is the Plaintiff and DAVID E KOCHER; WELLS FARGO BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION F/K/A WACHOVIA BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION; JAYNE KOCHER A/K/A JAYNE D KOCHER; UNKNOWN TENANT (S) N/K/A DAMIRIS ARIAS and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.manatee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 at, 11:00 AM on the 1st day of March, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE NORTH 1/2 OF LOT 10, BLOCK C, LESS THE WEST 15 FEET THEREOF, PATTEN'S SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 126, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
