NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 4, 2012, entered in Civil Case No. 2010-CA-001070 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee for American Home Mortgage Assets Trust 2007-4, Mortgage-Backed Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2007-4, Plaintiff and Lena A. Campbell, an Unremarried Widow and Surviving Spouse of Wilbert Campbell, Deceased are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash IN THE LOBBY ON THE 3RD FLOOR OF THE COURTHOUSE ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112 at 11:00 A.M. on March 4, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 8, BLOCK “A”, WESTLAKE SUBDIVISION, UNIT NO. 2 AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 10, PAGE 94, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
