NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 7, 2012, entered in Civil Case No. 2011-CA-004151 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. as Trustee for Wamu Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2005-PR1 Trust, Plaintiff and Vito DeLiso a/k/a Vito Deliso and Janet DeLiso a/k/a Janet Deliso, Husband and Wife are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, DWIGHT E. BROCK, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash IN THE LOBBY ON THE 3RD FLOOR OF THE COURTHOUSE ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112 at 11:00 A.M. on March 7, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
THE EAST 150 FEET OF TRACT 133, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES UNIT NO. 39, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 24, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
