NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 4, 2012, entered in Civil Case No. 2010-CA-000120 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, NA, Plaintiff and Romeo Mullalli and Shpresa Mullalli, Husband and Wife are defendant(s), I, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash IN THE ATRIUM ON THE 1ST FLOOR AT THE COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE HUGH HAYES ANNEX, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112 at 11:00 A.M. on March 4, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
UNIT NN-203, THE VILLAGES AT EMERALD LAKES FOUR, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1780, PAGES 754 THROUGH 853, INCLUSIVE, AND AS SUBSEQUENTLY AMENDED, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
