Notice is hereby given that the undersigned Dwight Brock, Clerk of the Circuit Court of Collier County, Florida, will on March 7, 2013, 11:00 a.m., in the atrium on the third floor Lobby of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, offer for sale and sell at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash, the following described property situated in Collier County, Florida, to-wit:
LOT 32, GRASMERE AT WYNDEMERE, PHASE I, IN ACCORDANCE WITH AND SUBJECT TO THE PLAT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 15, PAGES 22 AND 23, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY , FLORIDA.
