at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3rd Floor Lobby, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, on March 4, 2013 at 11:00 a.m..
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date ofthe lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale
