NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 23, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 2010-CA-001681 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on the 27th day of February, 2013, at 11:00 a.m. via the website: https://www.manatee.realforeclose.com, relative to the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
BEGIN AT THE SE CORNER OF THE NW 1/4 OF THE SW 1/4 OF SECTION 7, TOWNSHIP 35 SOUTH, RANGE 18 EAST, THENCE WEST 312 1/2 FEET, THENCE NORTH 474 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE NORTH 55 FEET, THENCE EAST TO A POINT 45 FEET WEST FROM THE CENTER OF THE U.S. AND WEST INDIES RAILROAD AND STEAMSHIP COMPANY TRACT, THENCE SOUTHERLY BEARING EAST AND PARALLEL WITH SAID RAILROAD AND 45 FEET FROM THE CENTER OF SAID TRACT TO A POINT DUE EAST OF THE POINT OF BEGINNING, THENCE DUE WEST TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING, BEING AND LYING IN MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
