NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 29th day of January, 2013, and entered in Case No. 0910957CA, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, 3rd Floor lobby, in Collier County in Naples, Florida, 34112, at 11:00 A.M. on the 4th day of March, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT D OF BUILDING 6255, VISTA GARDENS OF NAPLES CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 3724, PAGE 3058 AS AMENDED, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
