NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 1, 2012, and entered in Case No. 08-CA-04740 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida in which The Bank Of New York, As Trustee For The Benefit Of The Certificateholders, CWABS, Inc. Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2007-BC3, is the Plaintiff and Rigoberto Hernandez, Maria E. Hernandez, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, Collier County in the Atrium of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 1st floor , Collier County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 4 day of March, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
THE NORTH 75 FEET OF THE SOUTH 150 FEET OF TRACT 116, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, UNIT NO. 75, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, OF RECORD IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGES 11 AND 12, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
