NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 4, 2013, and entered in Case No. 12-1933-CC of the COUNTY COURT OF THE TWENTIETH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein SHERWOOD I, INC. is Plaintiff, and ALEXIS REVEL and UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ALEXIS REVEL are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash: In the Lobby on the 3rd Floor, Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida, at 11:00 AM, on the 4th day of March, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Unit 103, Building 12, SHERWOOD I, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in O.R. Book 2091, Pages 1 through 115, inclusive, and subsequent amendments thereto, all of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida. Together with the exclusive right to use Parking Garage #G-102, Building 12, according to said Declaration of Condominium.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within SIXTY (60) days after the sale.
