Notice is hereby GIVEN that, pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 4, 2013 entered in Civil Case No. 10-03353-CC of the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, I will sell to the Highest and Best Bidder for cash in the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, at 11:00 a.m., on the 4th day of March, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
Unit 202, Building 10, LAKE ARROWHEAD 1D, A CONDOMINIUM, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 3058, Page 1973, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida, subject to the rules and regulations of the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 3058, Page 1973, together with an individed share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
