YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that an action to Foreclose a Lien for unpaid homeowners association assessments on the following real property located in Collier County, Florida:
Unit No. F-204, CHATHAM SQUARE II, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 1592, at Pages 1656 through 1737, inclusive, as amended of record, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida. Together with the exclusive right to use Parking Space No. 82.
has been filed against you, ESTATE OF JOYCE H. BERRY, and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Plaintiff's attorney, whose name and address is as follows: Jennifer A. Nichols, Esquire, Roetzel & Andress, LPA, 850 Park Shore Drive, Third Floor, Naples FL 34103, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's Attorney or immediately thereafter on or before thirty (30) days after the first publication of this Notice; or otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint for Foreclosure.
