NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated February 07, 2013 and entered in Case No. 11-2012-CA-000581 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is the Plaintiff and MICHAEL GORMAN; AMALIA GORMAN; BANK OF AMERICA, NA; THE RETREAT COMMONS ONE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; THE RETREAT HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; THE RETREAT WATERSIDE, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at LOBBY ON THE 3RD FLOOR OF THE COURTHOUSE ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE, 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES, FLORIDA, 34112, IN COLLIER COUNTY at 11:00AM, on the 4th day of March, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
UNIT 18-204, RETREAT WATERSIDE, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1338, PAGE 70 THROUGH 131, INCLUSIVE AND SUBSEQUENT AMENDMENTS THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO AS SET FORTH IN SAID DECLARATION
A/K/A 505 LAKE LOUISE CIRCLE UNIT # 204, NAPLES, FL 34110
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
