NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated February 07, 2013 and entered in Case No. 11-2010-CA-000037 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and DAMIAN MCCREA A/K/A DAMIAN M MCCREA; ELIZABETH C. MCCREA; BANK OF AMERICA, NA; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at LOBBY ON THE 3RD FLOOR OF THE COURTHOUSE ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE, 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES, FLORIDA, 34112, IN COLLIER COUNTY at 11:00AM, on the 6th day of March, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
THE NORTH 1/2 OF TRACT 66, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, UNIT NO. 7, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGES 95 AND 96, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
