NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated February 07, 2013 and entered in Case No. 12-CA-3040 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR BANC OF AMERICA FUNDING CORPORATION MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-G is the Plaintiff and MARIA E. LAM; CITIBANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION (701 EAST 60TH STREET NORTH SIOUX FALLS,SD 57104) SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO CITIBANK, FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK; THE MIRAGE ON THE GULF CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at LOBBY ON THE 3RD FLOOR OF THE COURTHOUSE ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE, 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES, FLORIDA, 34112, IN COLLIER COUNTY at 11:00AM, on the 6th day of March, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
CONDOMINIUM PARCEL 301, OF THE MIRAGE ON THE GULF, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2850, PAGE 767, AS AMENDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2862, PAGE 2644, AND OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3294, PAGE 73, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO AS SET FORTH IN SAID DECLARATION
