NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on January 28, 2013, in Case No. 2012 CA 002493 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit for Sarasota County, Florida, in which REGIONS BANK, D/B/A REGIONS MORTGAGE, is Plaintiff, and CARL KOVACH III, and SUSAN C. KOVACH, et al., are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, online via the interenet at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 a.m. or as soon thereafter as the sale may proceed, on the 28th day of March, 2013, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 19, ISLANDWALK AT THE WEST VILLAGES, PHASE 1A, According to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 45, Pages 37, 37A through 37P, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the foreclosure sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on the same with the Clerk of Court within 60 days after the foreclosure sale.
