THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL COMPOSED OF UNIT 304, BUILDING 1 AND THE UNDIVIDED PERCENTAGE OF INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, IN ACCORDANCE WITH AND SUBJECT TO THE COVENANTS, CONDITIONS, RESTRICTIONS, EASEMENTS, TERMS AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF TIMBERCREEK AT LELY I, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 970 PAGES 332 THROUGH 380 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA
