, Plaintiff and Jesse N. Rivera are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, KAREN E. RUSHING, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash VIA THE INTERNET AT WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM , AT 9:00 A.M. on February 26, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
CONDOMINIUM PARCEL: UNIT NO. 71, OF FAIRWAY OAKS F/K/A PAR 72, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 7, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 915, PAGE 837, TOGETHER WITH SUCH ADDITIONS AND AMENDMENTS TO SAID DECLARATION AND CONDOMINIUM PLAT AS FROM TIME TO TIME MAY BE MADE AND TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO. ALL AS RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
