NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 7, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2012-CA-03217 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida in which JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association, is the Plaintiff and Trishia Staly Brieva a/k/a Trishia A. Staly a/k/a Trishia Staly, JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on the lobby on the 3rd floor of the Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail E. Naples, FL 34112 at 11:00AM on the 6 day of March, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
THE WEST 75 FEET OF THE WEST 150 FEET OF TRACT 92, UNIT 41, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 26, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
