NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 8th day of February, 2013, and entered in Case No. 11-2008-CA-008078, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING LP is the Plaintiff and RICK VINCENT, MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRTION SYSTEMS, INCORPORATED AS NOMINEE FOR COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS, INC., ST. CROIX AT PELICAN MARSH CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF RICK VINCENT and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the, the Lobby on the 3rd Floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, 11:00 am on the 7th day of March, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 317, ST. CROIX AT PELICAN MARSH, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF THE CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3776, PAGE 2841 THROUGH 2974, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA. TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
