NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 8th day of February, 2013, and entered in Case No. 11-2011-CA-002827, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is the Plaintiff and DENISE ETIENNE A/K/A DENISE DHANITY and KENNETH E. ETIENNE IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the, the Lobby on the 3rd Floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, 11:00 am on the 7th day of March, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE NORTH 1/2 OF TRACT 111, GOLDEN GATES ESTATES, UNIT 82, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 21, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
