WEST IN THE CITY OF BRADENTON, FLORIDA, RUN THENCE SOUTH AND ALONG THE WEST LINE OF 29TH ST. WEST A DISTANCE OF 75 FT., RUN THENCE WEST A DISTANCE OF 216.17 FT. MORE OR LESS TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING, LESS THE WESTERN 115.48 FT. OF SAID PROPERTY. SAID LAND IN MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, LYING AND BEING IN THE N1/2 OF SECTION 27, TOWNSHIP 34S, RANGE 17E. BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:

TO POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE CONTINUE EAST AND PARALLEL TO SOUTH LINE U.S. LOT 2, 110.4 FT.; THENCE SOUTH ALONG WEST LINE OF 29TH ST. W., 75 FT.; THENCE WEST AND PARALLEL TO SOUTH LINE U.S. LOT 2, 105.1 FT.; THENCE NORTHERLY 75 FT. TO POINT OF BEGINNING.
at public sale, to the highest bidder, for cash, at www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00 AM, on the 1st day of March, 2013. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
