LOT 30, KEY ROYALE, 9TH ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 13, PAGE 98 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 615 DUNDEE LN, HOLMES BEACH, FL 34217; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, on the Manatee County public auction website at, www.manatee.realforeclose.com, on March 21, 2013 at 11:00 AM.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
