NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order rescheduling foreclosure sale dated February 07, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 2010-CA-001251 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank, National Association, as trustee for the certificateholders of the LXS 2007-16N, Plaintiff and Randall Thomas and Mary G. Thomas are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Dwight E. Brock, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash IN THE LOBBY ON THE 3RD FLOOR OF THE COURTHOUSE ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE, 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES, FLORIDA, 34112 AT 11:00 A.M. on March 06, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
THE SOUTH 180 FEET OF TRACT 14, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, UNIT NO. 10, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, OF RECORD IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGES 101 THROUGH 102, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
