NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 3rd day of December, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2009 CA 019521 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. AS TRUSTEE ON BEHALF OF THE HARBORVIEW 2006-12 TRUST FUND is the Plaintiff and BARBARA MULLIN; JOHN C. ASTLE; SARASOTA SPRINGS COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 4th day of March, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 1901, OF SARASOTA SPRINGS, UNIT NO. 15, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT, BOOK 8, PAGE 45, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
