NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated December 18, 2012 and entered in Case No. 2008 CA 020613 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR CERTIFICATE HOLDERS OF BEAR STEARNS ASSET BACKED SECURITIES I LLC, ASSET BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-AC3 is the Plaintiff and G. HOLMES, AS TRUSTEE OF THE A TRUST AGREEMENT DATED JULY 3, 2007, KNOWN AS THE 1475 FAMILY TRUST; THE UNKNOWN BENEFICIARY OF THE A TRUST AGREEMENT DATED JULY 3, 2007, KNOWN AS THE 1475 FAMILY TRUST; GERALDINE M. HOLMES; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF GERALDINE M. HOLMES N/K/A ALVIN HOLMES; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00AM, on the 18 day of March, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
