NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on November 14, 2013, in Case No. 2011-CA-001086-NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit for Sarasota County, Florida, in which YALE MORTGAGE CORPORATION, A FLORIDA CORPORATION, is Plaintiff, and DAVID A. CAMPFIELD, et al., are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, online via the internet at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 a.m. or as soon thereafter as the sale may proceed, on the 7th day of March, 2013, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 25, BLOCK 1936, 41ST ADDITION TO PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 16, PAGES 42, 42A-42F, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the foreclosure sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on the same with the Clerk of Court within 60 days after the foreclosure sale.
